Same character in every AI image
To get the same character in every AI image, give the model a picture of that person each time, not only a description. In Plurum you build the character once: a few words become a written casting call, and the casting call becomes one 4K sheet showing her from the front, the side and the back, with a close-up of her face. After that you pick her on Generate for each shot, and her sheet goes with it.
The example: a model for a boutique's lookbook
Harriet Vale is a fictional boutique in Plurum's demo studio. For its lookbook we built Nell, a character for the brand, a model in her late thirties, and dressed her plainly on her sheet, a white linen shirt and sand trousers, so the shop's own clothes could go on over it.
Then we cast her into shots in three places. Each shot is a separate generation, and each time we picked Nell and attached the dress's sheet.
What was sent with each shot. Her sheet, and a line telling the model what it is for: her face, build, hair, apparent age and bearing come from the sheet, while pose, camera angle, expression, clothing and setting come from the text. The same line tells the model she appears once in the picture, and not to copy the sheet's layout, backdrop or lighting.
What it cost. Nell's sheet is a 4K image and came to $0.151. Each shot is a 2K image and came to $0.101, so the three shots on this page came to $0.303 (the demo studio's statement, rates as of 8 September 2026). The sheet is made once; every shot after it is priced like any other.
We made these through the assistant on the demo; the Generate route in the app does the same thing by hand.
How it works in Plurum
- Open Brand Kits, choose Characters, then New character. Pick the client she belongs to.
- Write a few words about who she is, then press Refine the description. Plurum writes a full casting call from them, which you can edit. The sheet is made from that description, so refining comes first.
- Press Generate the sheet. It is a 4K image, and the estimate is on the button before you press it. Then Keep this character.
- Make the shot on Generate. Pick her from Brand kit under the prompt, type the scene, and her sheet goes with the shot. You can also start from her sheet in Brand Kits with Cast in Generate.

What it does not do
- Characters are on the paid plans. Business, Studio and Team. Free has none, and video is not on Free.
- A character can appear twice. Plurum tells the model the person appears once. In one measurement on five prompts with another demo character, wide scenes where he was the only person cast still drew a second copy of him: three of five on one image model, one or two of five on two others, and never in a two-person shot (12 to 15 September 2026). In a wide scene, check the picture before you use it.
- A third character is refused. Two is the most in one image; picking a third tells you so rather than dropping someone.
- The sheet is plain on purpose. A plain backdrop and even light are what let her carry from shot to shot. The look of each shot comes from the brand and from what you type.
- A character belongs to one client, or to the whole studio if you make it without one.
- It runs on your own provider keys. The sheet and each shot are images at your provider's price, paid to them directly.

How do I keep the same face across AI images?
